TBuild QLD was engaged to provide construction management services including, but not limited to, pre-contract works (estimating and negotiating project costs), collaboration and management of consultants, communicating with clients and contractors, off-site procurement, budgeting, scheduling, selection and management of site staff and project completion. Cordelia Street was a complex project to deliver with zero lot boundaries and a three-level basement dig. TBuild’s extensive experience dealing with complex structures allowed for a seamless, end-to-end project delivery.
